How it Works

FOR HOSTS

List your property simply by registering and creating your own profile.  It does not cost you anything, your hospitality is enough. You will benefit from ongoing worldwide exposure via social media and marketing campaigns

Create a Listing

- Sign-up by using the ‘Register’ at the top right corner of the home page

- Select the package that best suits your hosting needs

- Create a username and password so we can identify you on our system

- Input your property details

- Upload a minimum of 3 quality photos of your property (ensure they are not large)

- Determine your own rate

- Select the amenities for your property by clicking the relevant boxes

Once complete, submit your listing.

NOTE: We approve and verify all new listings before they go live on our site. This is to ensure accurate descriptions and offered amenities

Payment/Packages

We offer three listing options:

Option 1: List your own accommodation with no up-front cost. We charge a fee of 5% per booking. Only pay when bookings are received. Fully self-managed.

Option 2: Leave it to the Professionals. We charge a fee of 15% per booking. Listing, creation and bookings managed by your rental White Roof Advisor.

Option 3: Self-managed. Annual fee $450. Flat fee per property.

Rent in comfort 

Our booking process is easy and confidential. Validating each listing before it is active on the website ensures quality homes for the marketplace. Our listings offer a wide choice of amenities and facilities to suit all budgets and requirements.

- Sign up with White Roof B&B by clicking Register (top right hand corner of the home page)

- Create an account and be granted access to your own dashboard

- Pay for bookings via the secure online payment system. You will be able to view payment history and      activities

- You will receive an email to confirm your booking

- Before arriving, communicate with the host to confirm arrival times and access to the home

- Typical Check in is 2:00pm AT and Check out is 11:00am AT

Your Feedback is Important

After your stay, you will be asked to review your accommodation and host.  Reviews or recommendations are very helpful, as they assist us to continually improve standards and inform us about hosts.
