This condo provides all the modern essentials of home. Located on the south shore within walking distance of the main bus stop, Astwood Park and many fabulous beaches such as Warwick Long Bay beach. Also close by is the Swizzle restaurant to enjoy a meal.

The condo was everything the write up promised. We had a wonderful stay. The management company was so helpful with taxis and any other needs. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The condo was very nice. We highly recommend the Gulfstream Restaurant for lunch and dinner. Everything on the menu is good. For breakfast or meals without drinks go to the Parakeet Diner. You can get take out at either and go to Elbow Beach.
Awesome experience at Cliff Villa!!! It was very clean and modern with convenient room layout. All the amenities were provided and inside washer/drier was very convenient. The beach was a ~20 minute walk up two hills but good exercise and we took taxi's when available. Kitchen could use some more staples (salt/pepper/sugar) and nest device needs moved it beeped every time we cooked. Definitely looking to come back next year!
We had such a wonderful time staying at Cliff Villas! The place was immaculate and provided all the amenities you need. It was so nice that there were plenty of towels including beach towels! The location is perfect for getting around the small island. We rented scooters which made getting around that much easier. SO close to Jobson's cove, Horseshoe Bay and Elbow beach. If we weren't riding scooters it was just as easy to get a taxi. We'll definitely be returning to Cliff Villas!

Loved the fact we had a washer and dryer and cleaning products especially she we were coming from the Beach. The dinning ware is beautiful. The area is quiet. Not much of a view, other than that, I was super satisfied
Overall, we think the place was good and true to the description. But, here are what we think pros and cons of the place. Pros: - Good amenities (two bathrooms, good shower pressure (for Bermuda), nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, working washer dryer, big flat screen TV) - Spacious bedrooms and living room - Clean - Quiet Cons: - 15-minute walk to the bus stop with two up hills and one down hill (vice versa on your way home) - The place is listed by an agent and not the owner (care taker is not located nearby if any emergency or does not have thorough knowledge about what's going on the property. in our case, we experienced power outage all day on a hot summer day. But the agent didn't know even after we called them. Later, we found out it was a planned power outage from 9am-5pm on the power company website...)
If you're looking for an amazing place to stay in Bermuda - this is the place to stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and a perfect home away from home. You will need a bus pass to get around the island and make sure to ask about the best routes to the beaches. Overall a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend to anyone who's looking for an amazing place to stay.
